รายละเอียดงาน

- Support shore base logistics and port activities for mobilization and demobilization - Arrange transportation and delivery schedule to meet project requirements - Provide logistics solutions with project implementation for project team - Provide shipping documents and information to agent for freight arrangement - Review purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy before shipping - Coordinate with agent for transporting goods from one location to another - Ensure that goods arrive on time at right location - Provide manifest of cargo to the vessel - Issue REQ in NS5 system as required - Generate CIPL for shipping and customs clearance - Liaison with agent / 3rd party logistics provider for CIQ clearance, materials import / export, barges and vessels importation, exportation, application and compliance of local & oversea laws and government permits - Work closely with warehouse manager for incoming / outgoing equipment / material - Logistics reporting - Follow Company Policies and Procedures - Perform additional duties as assigned - Review invoice and coordinate with account department - Overall in-charge of all Logistic Operations. - Handling clearance of our company vessels / personnel in locations / countries where project is ongoing. - Liaising with respective agents. - Contract Holder / In-charge of crew and subcontract personnel being hired for barge / project and dealing with the company appointed agents to mobilization / demobilize personnel as per requirement.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

จบ ป.ตรี ด้าน Supply Chain/ Logistics
มีประสบการการณ์งานSupply chain , Logistic อย่างน้อย 2 ปีขึ้นไป กรณีมาจากสายเรือจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
สามารถ สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ และ ใช้ Excel ในระดับ ดี (Pivot Vlook)
สามารถทำงาน6วันต่อสัปดาห์ / 08:30-17:30
มีค่ามือถือ ค่าอาหาร ค่าที่พัก (พิจารณาตามความเหมาะสม)
