Responsibilities:
Planning & Logistics
• Providing support activities and information to dealer and importer for UD customers which concern to complicated technical problem.
• Supporting and advising technical problem to dealer, importer through technical system such as Argus, telephone and e-mail.
• Supporting and find out solution on site with dealer and importer in case cannot fix the problem.
• Analysing complicated problem and find out the solution from several source of information
• Contacting and requesting support from Technical Support Team (UD, AOS, PQE, etc.) in case the problem cannot be fixed.
• Following up the case to ensure that the problem has been fixed.
• Preparing technical report to Regional General Manager (RGM).
• Collecting new interesting problem to create Field Service Bulletin distribute to all dealer and importer to acknowledge and follow the correct solution.
• Responsible for ad-hoc technical project as assigned by Technical service Manager
• Visiting dealers, private dealers and customers to support technical issue.
