Responsibilities: - 5–7 years of experience in mechanical engineering related to HVAC, plumbing, and/or fire protection systems. · Coordinate the team effort to complete any task as would be required and appropriate if assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. 5–7 years of experience in mechanical engineering related to HVAC, plumbing, and/or fire protection systems.
  2. Candidates with slightly more or less experience are also welcomed if they demonstrate the agility, technical aptitude, and proactive mindset.
  3. Preferably candidates who have experience working on commercial and/or industrial projects.
  4. who can support the post-rough-in operations such as, startup coordination, construction maintenance, and supporting BAS/TAB vendors in preparation for commissioning.
  5. Good command of English
  6. 6 work days a week, 10 hours a day
  7. Willing to work on contract basis

Technical Skillset Required:- Ability to perform accurate materials take-offs (MTOs) from IFC drawings and specifications.- Experience in preparing technical submittals.- Capability to build, coordinate, and update mechanical shop drawings based on field conditions and design changes.- Understanding of mechanical systems integration (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection).- Ability to coordinate with vendors, controls contractors, TAB teams, and commissioning agents.- Coordinate the team effort to complete any task as would be required and appropriate if assigned.
