รายละเอียดงาน- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing IT contracts, agreements.
- Track contract renewals, and expirations.
- Collaborate with internal and external such as IT, legal, finance, and procurement teams to support contract negotiations and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.
- Support vendor management processes, including performance evaluation and issue resolution.
- Generate reports on contract status.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in Contract management/ Procurement/ Sales Coordinator/ Admin or a related role (Fresh graduates with experience in document management are welcome).
- Strong command of English, as the role involves communication with foreign vendors and handling documentation in English.
- Passion for working with documents and contract management processes.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, problem-solving and able to work under pressure.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
