• Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging food trends and identifying creative opportunities for Hana’s evolving menu.
• Propose and develop innovative food products that align with the brand’s identity and customer preferences.
Product Development & Launch Execution
Lead the end-to-end process of launching new menu items, including:
1. Concept presentation with mood and tone.
2. Self-testing for recipe feasibility.
3. Team presentations and refinement.
4. Internal testing and adjustments.
5. Finalizing GP, cost structure, and training materials.
6. Preparing manuals and updating POS system ingredient files.
Team Training & Store Operations Support
• Create and deliver training programs for store staff, ensuring clear communication and practical understanding.
• Ensure smooth implementation of new items, tailored for the fast-paced restaurant business.
• Manage documentation, including GP analysis, cost calculations, and training materials.
• Maintain accuracy and accessibility of all records.
Key Requirements:
• Proven experience of 1+ years in the F&B industry in roles such as Food Innovation, Menu Development, Product Development, Food Specialist, or similar positions.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills to clearly convey concepts and ideas effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and dependable in executing tasks and ensuring timely follow-ups.
