รายละเอียดงานResponsibilities:
- Actively search for potential clients and collaborate with real estate agencies
- Conduct negotiations and present premium real estate properties
- Organize and lead client meetings, showcase properties, and provide professional consultations on property acquisition
- Prepare and manage contracts, negotiate deal terms, and ensure compliance with all obligations
- Maintain the client database and CRM system
- Prepare sales reports, analyze performance, and develop strategic sales plans
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients and business partners
Conditions:
- Work schedule: 5/2 with rotating days off
- Working hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Office-based role in our sales office (Choeng Thale)
