1. Handle Thailand customers related matters, maintain customer relationships, and assist customers in handling client issues
2. Handle customer complaints and exceptions to reduce the losses caused to the company by defective raw materials.
3. Confirm and analyze client defects and provide timely feedback to the factory so that the factory can make timely improvements and improve quality
4. Assist colleagues in the factory to handle client affairs
