5. Client Complaint Management - Oversee the management of client complaints to ensure they remain below a designated
6. Report Generation and Analysis - Produce and analyze reports to identify opportunities for operational improvements.
7. Team Leadership and Development - Mentor and support junior dispatching specialists.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in operations or dispatch in logistics or similar environment.
Thai Fluent in English or Mandarin
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
