รายละเอียดงาน
1. Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful project implementation.
2.Assign tasks to team members based on project requirements.
3.Ensure project objectives are met within deadlines and within budget constraints.
4.Develop and follow detailed project timelines.
5.Track progress and make adjustments to ensure deadlines are met.
6.Communicate any delays or changes to stakeholders promptly.
7.Ensure smooth communication between operational teams and leadership.
8.Address and resolve any issues or obstacles that arise during project implementation.
9.Regularly track and analyze project performance against predefined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
10.Provide reports and actionable insights to senior management.
11.Be adaptable to work at different locations as required by the project.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- ฺBachelor degree in business administration or logistics
- Previous working experience as a logistics for 2 years or over
- In-depth knowledge of control fuel or fleet management
- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Creative thinker with a vision
- Attention to details
- Preferred skills of English and Chinese
