Duties & Responsibilities
1. Recruitment: การสรรหาบุคคลากร
- Develop and implement the organization's manpower plan, forecasting future staffing needs and identifying potential skill gaps.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition creation to candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent, utilizing a variety of sourcing methods.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Update all recruiting progress as a tool to track recruiting performance.
2. Performance Management การประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน
- Design and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, feedback system, and performance evaluations.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance management best practices.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
3. Time Attendance
- Enter employee data into the system.
- Manage and maintain the employee database.
- Monitor and verify employees’ check-in and check-out times.
- Review and track employee leave records (e.g., vacation, personal leave, sick leave).
- Prepare and submit weekly reports.
4. Payroll (Compensation and benefits)
- Handle employee enrollment and termination for group insurance and social security.
- Submit tax filings (PND1), social security contributions (SSO), student loan repayments (SLF), and salary garnishment payments to the Legal Execution Department.
- Issue employment certificates, probation completion letters, and salary adjustment letters.
- Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by supervisors.
