- Plan and implement the company's Quality Assurance System
- Responsible for the department's safety management and KPI performance
- Control the departments cost management
- Supervise and implement departmental workforce planning and staff training, handle personnel disputes
- Conduct weekly meetings for the department and management
- Request procurement of inspection equipment as per demand
- Participate in new project launch meetings, including phase documentation (MA, PV), supplier PPAP, IIP, and approval of full-inspection production standards
- Oversee incoming defective materials, internal defective product rework approval, and rework requests for client-approved products
- Evaluate supplier selection, handle customer complaints and quality improvement activities, and lead corrective actions for internal and supplier quality issues
- Collaborate with departments to meet internal company and client quality targets
- Lead external third-party audits and client audits, track closure of audit reports, organize management reviews and internal audits, and ensure corrective/preventive measures
- Assess internal improvement proposals and integrate lessons from past failures into new project developments
- Approve departmental training plans and provide necessary support
- Develop and enforce material compliance policies, ensuring updated regulations, supplier compliance systems, and monitoring of chemical substances
