รายละเอียดงาน
1. Import and Export Operations Management
- Responsible for the import and export operations of medical supplies and related equipment to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Thai customs and national policies and regulations.
- Prepare and review import and export documents, including customs declaration forms, bills of lading, invoices, etc., to ensure the accuracy of the documents.
2. Logistics Coordination and Tracking
- Coordinate with transportation companies, freight forwarders and warehouses to ensure that goods are delivered on time and safely.
- Track the transportation status of goods and handle any abnormal situations during the transportation process in a timely manner.
3. Compliance and Policy Implementation
- Familiar with BOI (Board of Investment of Thailand) policies and relevant regulations of the medical supplies industry to ensure compliance in the import process.
- Maintain good communication with customs, commodity inspection and other departments to ensure a smooth customs clearance process.
4. Cost Control and Optimization
- Optimize logistics channels to reduce transportation costs and enhance efficiency.
- Review and analyze logistics expenses, and propose improvement suggestions.
5. Inventory and Warehouse Management
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure that medical supplies are stored in compliance with industry standards.
- Assist in warehouse management to ensure the accuracy of goods in and out of the warehouse.
6. Communication with Customers and Suppliers
- Maintain good communication with suppliers and customers to ensure that logistics demands are responded to promptly.
- Handle customer complaints and returns to ensure customer satisfaction.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Fluent in Thai, Chinese and English. be able to use those 3 languages during the work both in oral and written.
- 3-5 years of experience of logistics or import and export related work in MEDICAL industry.
- Familiar with Thai customs policies and BOI related regulations.
- Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics management, international trade, supply chain management or related majors is preferred.
- Familiar with import and export operation procedures and customs clearance procedures.
- Proficient in using office software (such as Excel, Word) and logistics management systems.
- Have strong communication and coordination skills and stress resistance, and be able to handle emergencies.
- Work meticulously, have a strong sense of responsibility, be able to complete tasks independently, and be able to obey the work instructions of superiors.
