Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales to lead our Solar Cell Business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales strategy, building key partnerships, and expanding market presence to accelerate business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets such as B2B or B2C or PPA or EPC project.
•Identify and expand market opportunities in the solar cell industry.
•Build and manage a high-performing sales team.
•Foster relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
•Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and drive business innovation.
