Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer with expertise in pattern-making and garment construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing the production of fashion collections while ensuring that designs translate effectively into well-constructed garments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design & Concept Development:
* Research current fashion trends, market demands, and customer preferences.
* Develop creative concepts, mood boards, and color schemes for new collections.
* Sketch fashion illustrations and technical flats using hand drawing or CAD software.
* Pattern Making & Garment Construction:
* Create precise patterns
* Modify and adjust patterns
* Work closely with sample makers and tailors to test and refine patterns.
* Fabric & Material Selection:
* Choose appropriate fabrics, trims, and embellishments for designs.
* Collaborate with suppliers to source quality materials.
* Prototyping & Fittings:
* Oversee the production of first samples and prototypes.
* Conduct fit sessions and make necessary pattern adjustments for comfort and aesthetics.
* Collaboration & Production Coordination:
* Coordinate with manufacturers to maintain quality standards and production timelines.
* Trend Analysis & Market Research:
* Stay updated on fashion industry trends and emerging styles.
* Analyze customer feedback and adapt designs to meet market demands.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
- Strong illustration and sketching skills (both hand-drawn and digital).
- Proficiency in pattern-making and draping techniques.
- Experience with pattern-making software (Gerber, Lectra, CLO 3D, or
- Knowledge of fabric types, textile properties, and garment construction.
- Attention to detail, strong creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- ต้องวาดรูปได้เท่านั้น ต้องสามารถวาดรูปผ่าน photoshop/ illustrator/ procreate ได้
- ต้องมีผลงานวาดรูปของตัวเอง
