- Develop and manage strategies to improve channel performance, recruitment, retention, and productivity.
- Analyze and report on distribution metrics (sales, recruitment, persistency).
- Oversee projects to transform distribution operations, including digital tools and incentive programs.
- Collaborate with channel leaders to enhance recruitment, training, and compensation models.
- Align distribution strategies with business goals and manage change initiatives.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3-5 years’ experience in business analysis, project management, or distribution strategy.
- Experience in the insurance industry or distribution projects.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
