รายละเอียดงาน
1. Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to personnel
2.Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities, preparing schedules and outlining duties
3.Monitor the work of employees, provide feedback and perform coaching or counseling
4.Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
5.Prepare and submit reports on individual and overall performance
6.Revise procedures, identify issues in efficiency and suggest ways of improvement
7.Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and accurately follow procedures
8.Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standard
9. Other duties

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Experience in Fabrication more than 10 years
- Excellent communication skills
