You will play a pivotal role in shaping the HR strategy, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring our HR operations run smoothly. This is a hands-on role with responsibility across HR Strategy & Business Partnership, Payroll, KPI management, Training & Development, and Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring they meet employee needs and comply with regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.
- Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track HR effectiveness.
- Provide data-driven insights to guide decision-making and improve overall HR functions.
-Drive performance management processes, ensuring continuous employee growth and development.
- Identify training needs and create programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.
- Support career development initiatives and implement succession planning strategies.
- Promote learning opportunities to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Lead the recruitment process for all roles, from creating job descriptions to conducting interviews.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Onboard new employees effectively and ensure a seamless integration into the company.
