Responsible for a strategic overall Brand and Product communication using the right platforms to promote brand awareness, and brand love which drives to sales of the targeted customer.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communications strategies
to enhance brand and increase customer engagement.
- Lead strategic marketing of Branding, Product, and Campaign Communication
offline and online from planning, executing, and monitoring to reporting.
- Build Brand Identity and improve Brand strength against major competitors.
- Took perspective of the 360-degree view of marketing activities and successfully
coordinated with the internal team and external team to achieve the target.
- Align, steer, and supervise Creative agency and Media agency.
- Steer and supervise CRM activities for a holistic communication approach.
- Analyze and improve the performance of all Official communication channels
including website, and social media i.e. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tik Tok
while monitoring for new update channels.
- Oversee the creation of marketing communication materials.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust
strategies as needed.
- Manage the marketing communication budget, ensuring cost-effective
allocation of resources.
- Track and report on marketing expenditures and KPIs.
- Analyze market research to understand consumer behavior and trends.
