- Perform configurations, updates, and patch management for network devices, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Investigate and resolve connectivity issues, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers for advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Assist in implementing and improving network security policies, firewall rules, and wireless authentication mechanisms.
- Support end-users with VPN, remote access, and secure authentication mechanisms.
Participate in network upgrades, migrations, and new system deployments.
