Job Description
1. Serve all segment customer in payment, customer care & solution in order to AWT/AHT.
2. Analyze customer profile/customer insight/lifestyle/usage pattern and serve/record of activity base on Total Service Solution to increase CE11, SQ, CSI & NPS.
3. Acquire new postpaid sub., NMP, convert pre2post, sell VAS/Digital Content, Devices and AIS Fibre by consultancy, and cross&up sell other strategic corporate’s product & service to achieve target.
4. Churn protection by customer's negotiation to still in our company, and MNP by customer's influencing to port in our company.
5. Self competency development in product&service knowledge for passing competency test&serving customer like a professional.
6. Co-operate with all related department to serve (before/after) &solve the problem of customer such as network quality, billing, device and new product knowledge, ect.
