Responsibilities:
1. Receive rolling master plans, perform material requirement calculations (MRP), and initiate purchase requisitions.
2. Monitor timeliness and accuracy of purchase requisition execution.
3. Analyze monthly master plans to conduct material completeness analysis and generate material requirement plans.
4. Resolve material schedule exceptions and coordinate corrective actions to ensure on-time material delivery.
5. Supervise daily operations and performance of the Material Control (MC) team.
6. Optimize inventory turnover rates for raw materials and semi-finished goods.

- 3+ years of experience in material control/planning roles within large-scale manufacturing enterprises.
