Job overview: A Customs Specialist is responsible for ensuring compliance with customs regulations and laws. It's a crucial role in the international trade regarding the clearance of goods management and ensurethat all imports and exports documentation is accurate, complete and comply with government regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify and provide accurate information on HS code which is required the license for the import procedure.
- Able to advise the customs documents and procedures to the clients.
- Recheck the goods declaration and the certificate of origin (Form C/E, Form FTA) whether is correct or not.
- Able to provide information and advise on customs department announcements and various laws related to import and export.
- Able to provide information on customs benefits, procedures and related documents.
- Proceed and provide advice on applying for licenses from various agencies for import and export.
- Recheck the document preparation for customs procedures.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor's Degree in any fields.
- Min. 5 - 8 years experiences as a Customs Specialist with Customs Department or in Logistics, freight forwarding or relevant business.
- Passed training and have the active customs specialist certificate (customs specialist) issued by the customs department is MUST.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of customs procedure, rules, regulations and tariffs, and various tax benefits.
- Have knowledge of Imports-export both invoice/Packing list/BL/air way bill, FCL, LCL by land, air, sea and urgent items.
- Have Experience in contact with customs Clearance
- Fair - Good command in reading and writing English.
- Good command of Computer skill. If Google sheet is plus.
- High responsibilities, strong organizational and hard working
- Strong in working under pressure.
- Attention to details, problem Solving skill and good teamwork.
- Strong interpersonal skill, service-mind, enthusiasm and willing to learn.
- Time management skills and able to deliver urgent or completed job on time as schedule and commitment.
