Our client, a consulting and quality inspection company in the automotive manufacturing industry, is looking for a Site Engineer or Quality Control Engineer with Chinese proficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for any issues related to customer products.
- Deliver high-quality services that meet the expectations of both customers and partners.
- Continuously adhere to customer requirements and professionally represent both the company and its partners.
- Plan, oversee, and track activities related to customer products, including supervision and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with host engineers to investigate quality issues and prevent the need for an official Quality Report (QR).
- Compile investigation reports for nonconformities and work to minimize additional quality costs or issues for customers.
- Develop work instructions, analyze nonconformities, and implement corrective actions during containment activities.
- Participate in host meetings as a customer representative and present 8D reports or other action plans as needed.
- Join customer meetings to discuss and manage changes to customer products.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 1–3 years of work experience.
- Proficiency in English (spoken, written, and reading).
- Proficiency in Chinese (spoken, written, and reading).
- Experience in quality-related processes, including 8D reports, root cause analysis, 5S, and the 5 Why method.
- Strong technical background with at least 2 years of experience in engineering and maintenance.
- Must own a car and be willing to travel and work abroad, including in Rayong.
- Familiarity with automotive specifications, industry standards, and quality tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational, management, and communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Experience in conducting audits.
