1. Control and manage the quality process inspection (Layer Audit) and follow up on the implementation to complete the requirements. and report results to the supervisor
2. Monitor and implement management changes in the process. and promote improvements in change points and implement improvements.
3. Responsible for receiving the control plan (Control plan) notification of changes. other standard documents related, etc. Distribute and update the inspection manual (WI) forms. related within the quality department, etc.
4. Promote on-site inspection operations, supervise customer complaints. and implementing management measures to solve the problem Organizes meetings to resolve quality problems that customers complain from processes of in-house products and monitors the results of corrective measures.
5.Confirm daily quality problem inspection results. analyze the problem follow up and coordinate about quality problems as we have been responsible to carry out countermeasures and corrections of quality problems in the process Then confirm the countermeasures that have been completed for the specified period. and examine the impact of the problem.
6.Perform tasks assigned by supervisors
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male/Female, 25-35 years old
- Graduated with bachelor degree in industrial Engineering or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in Quality section.
- Good command of spoken and written English. If able to communicate well in Chinese will be specially considered.
- Able to work under pressure very well meticulous high responsibility and punctual.
- Have coordination skills Excellent communication with others Able to work well with Chinese people.
- Able to work overtime and able to travel to work by himself.
- Able to use a computer well in Microsoft office. General knowledge
- Have basic knowledge of cars
- Have general knowledge of quality management
- Have general knowledge of the 5 main processes of automobile manufacturing (Core tools).
- Familiar with using statistical analysis tools.
- Familiar with the analysis method and problem solving. (8D report)
- Familiar with the process of disposing of nonconforming products.
- Familiar with change control system.
