Position Overview
The Dental Manager – Thailand is responsible for managing and expanding MMH's dental business in Thailand. This role focuses on business development, sales, and marketing strategy implementation while working closely with distributors, key opinion leaders (KOLs), universities, hospitals, and private clinics. The position requires strong leadership, market knowledge, and the ability to drive sustainable growth in the Thai market.

- Thai Nationality
- Male / Female
- Age not over 45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Dentistry, or related fields.
- Experience moth than 5 years in in sales, business development, or marketing in the dental/medical device industry.
- Strong network and relationships within the dental sector in Thailand (universities, hospitals, clinics, KOLs, etc.).
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing market share.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written).
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required.
