• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and quality control systems, procedures, and standards in accordance with industry requirements, client specifications, and regulatory standards. • Lead the QA/QC teams to monitor and ensure all manufacturing processes and final products meet defined quality standards • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as production, engineering, and supply chain management to drive continuous improvement initiatives and resolve quality issues • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, providing excellent service and addressing any quality-related concerns • Perform risk assessments and identify potential quality issues before they affect production or client satisfaction • Ensure that all products are compliant with internal and external quality audits • Manage and oversee quality testing, inspections, and evaluations throughout the manufacturing process • Develop and maintain training programs for quality assurance and quality control teams • Provide leadership in the identification of root causes of quality problems and implementation of corrective actions • Prepare detailed quality reports and performance metrics for senior management and clients • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and evolving customer requirements

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance in the electronic manufacturing industry, with a proven track record in managing quality operations
Have experience working directly with Apple Inc.***
Strong understanding of the electronics industry, PCB manufacturing processes, and quality standards
Excellent leadership skills and experience managing teams across multiple locations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and continuous improvement
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Ability to think strategically on critical business needs, and to simultaneously act tactically, and tactfully, to complete them
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
Proficiency in both English and Chinese (both written and spoken) is mandatory to communicate effectively with global teams and customers
