Scope of position
1. Deliver efficient, courteous and effective customer service and support to customers (via phone, email, line, etc.) assist customers while using the platform including buying, selling, return, problem solving for emergencies
2. Support Sellers and buyers to ensure a premium experience and great satisfaction
3. Complete customer account administration processes and new seller registration processes
4. Manage orders and seller’s stock (basic excel skill needs)
5. Ensure good understanding of WYZauto users’ satisfaction and constantly propose and put in place actions or processes evolutions which will lead to users’ satisfaction improvement
6. Support team on administrative tasks and additional project
Employment Duration: no limited duration
Probationary Period: 2-3 months or less depend on the performance
Working regulations & Compensation & Benefits
1. Salary : 20,000 or more
2. Employees’ benefits: Telephone allowance (500THB/month)
3. Working hours, days and vacation leave
- 8 hours per day
- Shift work
- 6 working days per week (2 office days, 4 WFH)
- Yearly vacation: 10 working days plus Thailand's public holidays (Flexible)
