รายละเอียดงาน
•Develop and execute health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines and related regulation.
•Plan and manage all company Safety policies and procedures to consist with Company policy.
•Prepare, and recommend plans, and projects to the Safety Committee including various campaign activities Safety.
•Operate the Emergency Response plan according to Thai labor law.
•Identifying the cause and analysis of hazards illness and community complaints.
•Supervise and conduct the internal audit of the ISO45001 systems.
•Conduct Risk assessment and summarize company risk for report to top management.
•Support safety activity both in company group and customer.
•Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions.
•Investigate accidents or incidents to discover causes and handle worker’s compensation claims.
•Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures
•Others that related safety activity.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor of Degree in Occupational Health and Safety
- Minimum 5 years direct experience in Safety management system.
- Knowledge and fully understand laws and regulations concerning Health, Safety, and Environment.
- Strong Knowledge of ISO 45001:2018 (including ISO 14001:2015 will be advantage)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to communicate with management and employees.
- Good management skill, strong analytical and proven experience in driving process improvement.
- Good command of English in both speaking and writing
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
