1.Responsible for implementing and maintaining Quality Standard (ISO 9001), Health and Safety (ISO 45001), Environmental standard (ISO 14001) and procedures in an organization.
2.Ensuring compliance with quality standards and continuous improvement of quality processes.
3.Report to “top management” on the HSEQ performance and where improvements are needed,
4.Ensure that company third party accreditations are obtained and maintained (ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001).
5.Ensure all company policies, procedures, and forms are documented in accordant with ISO standard requirement and company procedures.
6.Train all company personnel in the documented company policies
7.Identify relevant legislative requirements.
8.Leading in company internal audit and coordinate with external audit.
9.Conduct safety, quality, and environmental system compliance audits
10.Ensure personnel have received appropriate training and are assessed as competent to perform tasks.
11.Prepare and submit management reports relating to Business Management System, compliance and incidents
12.Providing the management team with advice in implementing the HSEQ policy, procedures and plans, and to comply with the quality, environmental, safety and health requirements.
13.Providing regular system performance reports to the Management Team
14.Participating in investigation of incidents and their reporting.
