รายละเอียดงาน
•Manage and supervise the production work (Production plan & production control).
•Setting productivity goals for each manufacturing team
•Support line to reduce production costs increase profits for the company reduce waste in the process and increase production efficiency according to the business plan set by the company.
•Be able to manage manpower for production effectively and firmly urge each operator to follow work instruction (WI).
•Help to plan control and monitor production performance along with KPI to achieve goal and target as planned for each staff and department.
•Improve production efficiency by monitoring and coordinating with all team to reduce costs, labor time, and machine downtime.
•Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident-free
•Motivating, supporting, and providing guidance to production staff
•Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production.
•Evaluating machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime.
•Ensuring adequate scheduling of staff.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- เพศหญิง/เพศชาย
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี และมีประสบการณ์ 5 ปีขึ้นไปในการผลิต ถ้ามีประสบการณ์ในโรงงานผลิต/ประกอบสายไฟ/อิเล็คทรอนิคส์ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีประสบการณ์ในการวางแผนการผลิต
- มีความเข้าใจในระบบกระบวนการผลิต
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมพื้นฐานคอมพิวเตอร์ได้ (Ms.office)
- สามารถอ่าน เขียน และพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับดี
- มีทักษะการเป็นผู้นำ และเป็นระดับหัวหน้างานมาแล้วไม่ต่ำกว่า 3 ปี
