รายละเอียดงาน
1. Responsible for building the factory's TPM system and organizational structure, formulating detailed assessment indicators and phased goals, and formulating TPM-driven methodology and tools based on the factory's current situation. Ensure the specific promotion and implementation of the project.
2. Establish the factory's maintenance system and process, and formulate and improve the system for selecting, training, using, and assessing maintenance personnel;
3. Establish and promote the implementation of the maintenance spare parts life cycle management system;
4. Energy management of the factory, and control energy leakage;
5. Participate in the technical transformation of the line, the formulation of technical solutions for the workshop environment/water, electricity, and gas systems;
6. Equipment safety management.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Mechatronics, Mechanical design, and Automation
- Have more than 5 years of equipment management experience in large and medium-sized enterprises, experience in building a TPM system, and experience in management in the home appliance or automotive industry is preferred
- Work conscientiously and responsibly, rigorously and meticulously, and have good team spirit and communication skills
