Key Responsibilities
-Develop and implement strategies to increase user engagement and customer acquisition through the B2B website.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Telesales teams to drive customer growth and enhance satisfaction using the B2B platform.
- Work closely with Web Development, IT, and Data teams to optimize website performance, improve functionality, and ensure seamless user experience.
- Analyze customer data and purchasing behaviors to refine platform strategies, track performance, and provide insights to senior management.
- Manage budgets efficiently and ensure a strong return on investment (ROI) for B2B marketing initiatives.
- Oversee and manage content, graphics, and all website-related materials to maintain brand consistency and effectiveness.
