รายละเอียดงาน
1. Active Market Sourcing & Trade Information Gathering
- Actively source and establish relationships with Thai fruit sellers and buyers in the wholesale market.
- Obtain real-time trade information, including demand trends, pricing, and product availability.
- Build a strong seller and buyer network to facilitate seamless trade.
2. Communication & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary contact between Thai sellers and buyers only
- Maintain daily engagement with traders and ensure smooth transactions.
- Negotiate pricing, product quality, and trade terms effectively.
3. Daily Reporting & Market Analysis
- Update and submit daily market reports with price trends, supply-demand insights, and trade updates.
- Track key metrics and provide valuable insights for business decision-making.
4. Online Team Coordination
- Participate in HAROCT’s online team meetings to report findings and align on strategy.
- Collaborate with the internal team to improve market penetration and operational efficiency.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Mass Communication, Marketing, or International Business.
- Fluent in Thai (native-level) and good English proficiency (TOEIC 650+).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with Thai traders.
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or related fields.
- Experience in engaging with customers via social media platforms (Facebook, Line) is a plus.
- Sales-driven mindset with strong persuasion and influencing skills.
- Age: 20 – 35 years old.
- Tech-savvy – comfortable using mobile apps and digital tools for data entry and communication.
- Experience in agriculture trading, logistics, or cross-border commerce is an advantage.
- Working Location: Bangkok, Thailand (Tarad Simummang & Tarad Thai, Pathum Thani)
- Working Hours: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
