รายละเอียดงาน
1.To visit and serve Wondfo’s main local distributors to solve their pre-sales/after-sales service problems.
2.To organize and provide product training to local distributors’ service team/end users.
3.To be responsible for the fault repair, maintenance and upkeep of hospital equipment, and be timely.
4.Should arrive at the repair site within the specified time, detect and repair the fault, and ensure the normal use of hospital equipment.
5.To keep continuous communication with customers to know customer’s requirements.
6.To assist sales team to promote products and achieve sales target.
7.To assist local distributor’s engineer to solve pre-sales/after-sales problems.
8.To work out local QC solutions for labs.
9.To submit weekly reports and monthly reports with market information updates.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree (or above) of Clinical Medical.
- Three years (or above) working experience.
- IVD working experience background.
- Good knowledge in CLIA system.
- Frequent traveling would be required.
- Good responsibility for the work and Have strong technical analysis, judgment ability and problem-solving ability.
