รายละเอียดงาน
-Follow up the Export information with Sales, Oversea agent, Customer(shipper)
-Booking space with Co-loader/Shipping line and release booking confirmation to shipper
-Submit SI/VGM and others data as require to Co-loader/Shipping line timely
-Follow up shipment schedule and update to related party
-Manage export process under SOP of oversea agent/shipper/sales
-Check cost and prepare payment to the Co-loader/Shipping line -Follow up Quotation from Sales and Issue Invoice to customer
-Issue DN/CR to oversea agent -Send pre-alert and release Bill of Lading to customer
-Summary job and close to Account Dept.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree in Logistics, International Business Management, or any related field
- Male or Female, age 22-30 years old
- 1-2 year working experience as Export operation in Freight Forwarding business
- Understand and able to reading, writing and speaking in English
- Service mind, Positive attitude, Responsibility and able to work under pressure
