รายละเอียดงาน
(1) Maintaining and monitoring quality process control of the product to meet the customer requirement.
(2) Participating in process change activity and drive quality function.
(3) Establishing quality document standard, inspection standard for in-process and related quality document.
(4) Quality continual improvement to achieve KPI of the quality department.
(5) Maintaining problem analysis, investigating and taking countermeasure reports for non-conforming products and submitting to the customer and internal customers.
(6) Responsible for supporting the production department in all quality-related issues.
(7) Participating daily meeting with the team to announce quality issue and follow up.
(8) Summarizing monthly quality report and presentation with the team meeting.
(9) Training to the quality inspector to get understanding of quality requirement.
(10) Performing regularly internal audits include handing over internal audit for new project to be mass production.
(11) Working upon supervisor’s assignments or any other job duties as assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Experience 1 - 3 years in quality field of Automotive part manufacturing.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or equivalent work experiences in related field.
- Knowledge and experience in ISO9001, IATF16949 or related quality management system.
- Knowledge and experience in advanced product quality planning activities and using various quality tools i.e. Control Plan, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, Problem Analysis Tools.
- Must have strong problem-solving skill, analytical skill and decision-making skill and report writing skill.
- Good command of English speaking and writing.
- Excellent interpersonal skill and proven team working and team building skill.
