รายละเอียดงาน
-Control and plan the preparation of storage areas for goods, including designing storage areas to facilitate easy storage, retrieval, and inspection of goods according to FIFO principles. Planned, inspect, and rectified the receipt, issuance, and storage of goods in collaboration with team and related functional
-Support Warehouse staff in planning manpower to match the workload, including supporting cost control planning for operations.
-Plan daily operations for handling incoming goods, storage, packaging, and shipping in collaboration with relevant departments to ensure maximum efficiency. Coordinate with relevant departments on the arrangement and dispatch of goods.
-Plan, control, and lead the team in conducting accurate inventory counts, including investigating the causes of lost goods.
-Identify problems from operational procedures which related to system, Implement and manage warehouse processes and procedures to improve productivity and reduce errors.
-Provide training and development opportunities for logistics staff to meet the competency standards for their roles and performance management
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years on the warehouse supervisor.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety practices and regulatory compliance.
- Have knowledge of Logistics, import and export process, customs regulations.
