รายละเอียดงาน
- Overall planning of the management of the material control department, department team building, system building.
- Coordinating with manufacturing and suppliers on short and long-term production forecasts and expected deliverable.
- Responsible for customer delivery, follow up the overall production schedule, material delivery schedule. Meanwhile, coordinate all kinds of exceptions to ensure the orderly execution of the plan.
- Requirements, etc. Plan manpower demand in advance ,and recruit manpower for personnel.
- Department to arrange material replenishment, material progress monitoring.
- Review customer order, reply and follow up customer delivery time. Achieve customer delivery requirements.
- Work closely with the purchasing team to ensure purchasing strategies are maximized.
- Manage inventories of raw materials and finished goods.
- Develop and use, strategies, practices and tools for controlling the logistical processes.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- More than 3 years PMC manager experience.
- Has good skills in providing knowledge and understanding of standard system.
- Proficient in ERP system operation and operation.
- Knowledge of inventory management.
- Knowledge of functions, principles and techniques used in supply chain management.
- Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, Chinese is a plus.
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques
