รายละเอียดงาน
1. Oversee and monitor production to meet targets, ensuring the availability of raw materials, tools, and machinery while supervising, guiding, and training subordinates. 2. Implement the P-D-C-A (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle. 3. Track work progress, report any issues to supervisors, and take corrective actions. 4. Train and develop subordinates, ensuring strict adherence to the Work Manual (WI). 5. Ensure compliance with company rules, regulations, and policies, including punctuality. 6. Review KPI progress and implement necessary improvements. 7. Optimize and enhance the production process to increase efficiency and productivity while maintaining cost-effectiveness. 8. Allocate manpower in alignment with production plans. 9. Collaborate with the Quality and Engineering departments to prevent and resolve quality issues in production. 10. Address and resolve production issues while continuously improving processes with a focus on quality and safety (Kaizen Process, Tool Design). 11. Handle additional management-related tasks as assigned by the Management.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Male, aged 38-42 years.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production Technology, or a related field.
  3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in production, with expertise in improving production lines to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  4. At least 1 year of experience in quality management systems.
  5. Strong leadership, planning, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
  6. Possesses a positive attitude, honesty, diligence, patience, dedication, and confidence in decision-making.
  7. Ability to work well under pressure.
  8. Knowledgeable in quality and environmental management systems (ISO).
  9. Proficient in English; a TOEIC score of 500+ is an advantage. Fluent in Thai; Japanese communication skills are a plus.
  10. Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
