รายละเอียดงานJob responsibilities:
1. Responsible for factory recruitment management, factory talent introduction (including front-line employees, functional employees), training and later talent pool building;
2. Responsible for employee performance appraisal (data collection, performance interviews, performance optimization, etc.), performance incentives, performance improvement, etc.;
3. Responsible for employee social security management, labor relations, work injury treatment, etc.;
4. Responsible for factory dormitories, dining management, factory facility inspection, maintenance and on-site environment management;
5. Responsible for visitor reception and external relations maintenance;
6. Responsible for the writing and promotion of factory-related systems;
7. Other personnel and administrative work, such as office supplies procurement, employee file management, various report preparation, etc.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, English can be used as a working language, human resources management, administrative management and other related majors are preferred;
2. More than 5 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing personnel administration;
3. Active in work, good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility;
4. Good teamwork awareness and strong stress resistance.
