รายละเอียดงาน1.Providing secretarial/administrative support functions for the MD : handling requests, travel & accommodation arrangement, making appointments, calendars, planning, and scheduling, interaction with both internal and external executives, preparing for internal and external meetings/events.
2.Produce/prepare documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations.
3.Take minutes of the meeting; monitor progress and do necessary project follow-ups to ensure that each of the projects is moving (not stagnant).
4.Systematically filing every document according to the current filing system or creating a better new filing system.
5.Act as liaison for MD both internal and external matters.
6.Manage the office facility making sure that the area is adequate for working.
7.Miscellaneous tasks to support the MD include personal aspects, which will vary according to the situation.
8.Protects operations by keeping information confidential.
