1. Job profile summary
Take responsibility of PCT Turnaround planner (Instrumentation, control and electrical) coordinates all the PCT activities related to a turnaround project, from the initial planning to the final execution and evaluation. This role ensures that all instrumentation-related tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and within the scheduled timeframe while maintaining compliance with industry standards and company policies.
2. Scope of work
Key Responsibilities
a.Develop detailed work scopes and schedules for instrumentation maintenance activities during turnarounds.
b.Identify and prioritize tasks, ensuring alignment with overall turnaround objectives.
c.Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and Turnaround teams to define work scopes.
d.Perform site surveys to assess equipment conditions, job site specific challenges. and validate job requirements.
e.Prepare detailed job plans, including work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
f.Coordinate with team to ensure timely availability of materials and spare parts.
g.Coordination and communication between different departments to ensure seamless execution of turnaround activities.
h.Provide guidance on troubleshooting and repair strategies for instrumentation systems such as control valves, transmitters, and PLC/DCS systems.
i.Generate post-turnaround reports highlighting completed tasks, lessons learned, and areas for improvement
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- a.Bachelor’s degree or similar educational level in Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- b.Minimum of 5-years of experience in related filed in instrumentation maintenance, with significant exposure to turnaround planning for petrochemical plant or chemical plant.
- Familiarity with instrumentation systems, including control loops, sensors, actuators, and calibration procedures.
- d.Proficient in using maintenance planning software (e.g., SAP, SPI, STO).
- e.Ability to work independently, and proactively in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
