รายละเอียดงาน
1. Managing D&D's job as deputy manager, necessary case.
2. Make future plan of D&D's job with Manager or upper management
- Support manager making organization of D&D department
- Support manager making strategy of D&D department
3. Management of D&D staff's job
- Understand manager indication and explain to all staff
- Checking progress condition of staff' job
- Advising to staff how to do and create staff mindest of designer
- Be considerate of staff
4. Support manager for management of business plan
- Support manager to setting target of yearly business plan
- Checking monthly of achievement condition
- Making plan for improvement and taking action, necessary case
- Report to upper management
5. Level up of design staff
- Training for design staff to be upper level always
- Be ready Business trip to Japan for learning job of Kasai-Japan design.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male And Female or Other
- Age 30 - 45 years
- Designer's experience more than 5 years in Automotive business
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automoblie Engineering, Material Eangineering or relate.
- Operation of computer and CAD, Reading, making and understanding of DWG Able to design on 3D design software (CATIA))
- Must be English communication Skill / TOEIC 450 up. or Japanese is hope
- Overtime work is OK, Outside work is OK, work at foreign country is OK
- Management experience of employees at subordinate, supervisor, and engineer levels
- Leadership in designers skill and experience (at least D&D)
- Able to read and make the parts product drawing (2D,3D)
- Have a knowledge of material specification (PP , PPC , POM , ABS etc)
- Understand the purpose and process of Cost Reduction activity
- Have a knowledge of engineering method of injection molding, press Molding and high frequency welder.
- Strong in computer program especially design programs 2D, 3D CATIA V5 or NX. (Special consider)
- Has been experience working with foreign people. (Special consider)
- Have a knowledge to control expence and cost
