รายละเอียดงาน**Responsibilities:**
- Provide first and second-level support for business applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to functionality, performance, and data.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve bugs and escalate complex issues.
- Monitor application performance using monitoring tools.
- Manage service tickets with ITSM tools.
- Assist with application deployments, patching, and upgrades.
- Maintain technical documentation and user manuals.
- Perform data extraction and report generation with SQL.
- Provide end-user training and support.
- Participate in on-call support for after-hours assistance.
**Experience:**
- 0-3 years in IT/Application Support or Technical Support.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or Core Application Systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).
- Basic understanding of APIs (SOAP/REST) and Web Services.
- Familiarity with Linux/Windows OS and ITSM tools.
- ITIL experience is a plus.

- SQL query writing and data extraction.
- Application performance monitoring.
- Incident and Problem Management.
- ITIL framework knowledge.
- API integration.
**Soft Skills:**
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Service-oriented and able to prioritize under pressure.
**Additional Info:**
- Willingness to work on-call and travel if required.
- ITIL, Microsoft, or Oracle certification is a plus.
