1.Control quality of Die Maintenance. 2.Control spare parts of die (Local, Export) 3.Spare part quality check and prevent defect parts passing to next process. 4.Problem analyze and Die Improvement. 5.Reducing costs by rationalization, die design and die manufacturing techniques and streamlined. 6.Review drawing new die for request quotation spare part control. 7.Prepare and revise work instruction sheet for Die Maintenance Process. 8.Control document of Die Maintenance. 9.Prepare preventive die maintenance plan. 10.Control die maintenance technician and staff1 and report to chief. 11.support company policy. 12.Job any other duties assigned.

สามารถใช้ Auto CAD 2D หรือ 3D ได้
มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับการซ่อมบำรุงแม่พิมพ์ การออกแบบแม่พิมพ์ โครงสร้างแม่พิมพ์(พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบ IATF 16949 ISO9001
