รายละเอียดงาน
1.Maintain effective communication channels and collaborative relationship with other departments.
2.Preparing official documents based on the authorities’ requirement.
2.1Customs :
(1)Preparing documents for 184 application and implementation
(2)Preparing documents for 185 (Operation process, system and construction based on customs requirement)
(3) Supporting for local content submission
(4) Sampling check customs report of customs team.
2.2 Excise :
(1) Preparing documents based on excise regulation
(2) Sampling check excise report of customs team.
2.3 Department of Foreign Trade :
(1) Supporting for RVC principal and calculation
(2) Sampling check DFT report of customs team.
3.Coordinate with the related departments to prepare documents based on customs and excise audit at factory
4.Submit licenses to government agencies
5.Checking the correctness of documents related to applying for permits
6.Maintain files and correspondence. And manage documents and confidential information efficiently
7.Perform other duties as assigned
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in BBA,Logistics, or related fields.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in coordinating with the authorities such as customs, excise, department of foreign trade, etc.
- Skill Requirements: Understand how organizations interact with the government and communicate with the public on behalf of an organization
- Language : Good in both written and spoken English is essential
- Proficient in Computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel, etc.)
- Excellent team-player and can work independently also handle confidential matters efficiently.
- Good interpersonal skills, service mind, prioritizing of work, problem solving, building effective and cooperative internal and external relationships.
