🔸Inventory Management
-Forecast demand and maintain optimal stock levels across stores and warehouses.
-Prevent stock shortages and excess inventory by analyzing stock performance.
-Manage stock transfers and ensure accurate inventory tracking.
-Handle routine inventory tasks like system data entry.
🔸Sales Analysis & Strategy
-Analyze product performance to identify growth opportunities.
-Develop pricing strategies and manage markdowns.
-Monitor slow-moving products and recommend actions.
-Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to align inventory with business goals.
-Generate inventory reports to support business decisions.
🔸Collaboration & Coordination
-Ensure timely stock replenishment and check stock levels.
-Assist stores with stock inquiries, receiving, and returns.
-Align inventory strategies with business goals.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- At least 2 years in merchandising, preferably in retail, accessories, or fashion garments.
- Understanding of market trends and consumer behavior in retail.
- Familiarity with inventory management and retail operations.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture.
- Self-motivated with a sense of urgency.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with stores and internal teams.
