• Manage and oversee sales of soap products and other company items in international markets
• Contact, coordinate, and negotiate with foreign customers via email, phone, and online meetings
• Prepare and review export documents such as Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, etc.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery of export orders
• Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and expand the international customer base
• Analyze international markets and propose product development strategies
• Monitor order status and resolve any issues that may arise during the export process
• Participate in international trade exhibitions (if applicable) and travel to meet customers to explore new business opportunities
🔹 Requirements
✅ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, International Business, International Trade, or a related field
✅ At least 2 years of experience in Export Sales or International Sales (Experience in the soap/cosmetics industry is a plus)
✅ Excellent English skills (Speaking, Reading, Writing) – Able to communicate confidently with foreign clients
✅ Strong understanding of export procedures and related documents (INCOTERMS, L/C, B/L, CO, etc.)
✅ Good sales and negotiation skills – Able to close deals effectively
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva) and other relevant software
✅ Experience in E-Commerce or online international sales is an advantage
✅ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
✅ Willingness to travel internationally for business purposes (if required)
