รายละเอียดงานManaging the project from planning to completion – Overseeing all project phases, working with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
Budget control and financial management – Monitoring project budgets, tracking expenses, and approving payments while maintaining financial limits.
On-site supervision – Regular site visits, identifying real-time issues, and providing practical and technical solutions.
Regular reporting and updates – Keeping management and clients informed about project status and resolving issues as they are met.
9.00-17.00 work hours (Monday-Friday)

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Previous experience in construction project management – required
- Preference for engineers
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently
- Experience in budget management, scheduling, and contractor coordination
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with both local and international teams
- Good command of English – required
