四、负责及时解决客户在销售和使用过程中出现的问题,办理相关手续,做到客户满意;
五、在销售过程中以公司利益为重,根据公司整体经营目标,积极完成个人销售业绩指标;
六、收集市场信息和用户意见,填写有关销售表格,提交销售分析和总结报告。 对公司营销策略、产品改进以及新产品开发等提出参考意见;
七、对公司提供的客户进行维护和服务;
八、完成公司泰国团队的招聘以及和中国团队的对接工作。
Job Responsibilities:
1. Understand the solar mounting system market in Thailand and the common mounting types used in the country.
2. Be familiar with company products and sales models for engineering projects. (Candidates with a background in architecture, civil engineering, or marketing are preferred.)
3. Follow up with clients, manage contract signing, track contract execution, and ensure timely payment collection.
4. Solve customer issues during the sales and usage process to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Prioritize company interests while achieving individual sales targets aligned with overall company goals.
6. Collect market information and customer feedback, prepare sales reports, and provide sales analysis. Offer suggestions for marketing strategies, product improvements, and new product development.
7. Maintain and serve company-provided clients.
8. Handle team recruitment in Thailand and coordinate with the team in China.
